Very nutritious reading!Where Temple Grandin is the master expert on cows, this author is the master writer about animals in general. Triple-love his writing!

I came across Dallas Sharp's name while reading another book and thought I'd look him up on and lo and behold, there he was! So I purchased this particular title and have not been disappointed. He was quite popular years ago, but I had never heard of him. The book is old and a bit worn, but good enough for me...I like old books anyway. Am so glad I tried some of his work and hope to purchase another soon. Thank you for offering words from the past! We can learn from those who came before us.
